My journey in the field of fitness and bodywork began as I graduated in the field of public health nutrition and fitness from a popular university in New York. Since then I was focused on fitness and bodywork. To carry my passion, I took a job at a personal training center in my locality. It was there that I gained more knowledge, methods and techniques of body fitness. I worked there for some years and expanded my knowledge of varied tips and tricks for attaining a perfect body with workout and controlled nutrition rich diet.
